ICAA Communities

Building Sustainable Communities for Kingdom Impact.

The ICAA vision is to establish a new generation of sustainable, faith-centered communities designed around housing, education, agriculture, renewable energy, entrepreneurship, ministry, media, and community development.

Our first initiative is the development of 51 sustainable communities designed to demonstrate what becomes possible when infrastructure, stewardship, innovation, faith, and community work together.

The Vision

A New Generation of Faith-Centered Communities

ICAA Communities are envisioned as self-sustaining communities where families, entrepreneurs, educators, ministries, businesses, and community organizations can live, build, learn, serve, and create together.

Each community is designed to combine residential infrastructure with education, agriculture, renewable energy, commerce, health and wellness resources, ministry, media, and programs that strengthen families and communities.

51 Communities. One Demonstration of What Is Possible.

The initial campaign is focused on helping fund and develop the first 51 communities — Christian-led, faith-centered, and Kingdom-focused, designed around Christian values and supportive of churches, ministries, Christian education, and faith-based programming.

Community infrastructure

Designed for Sustainable Living

Every ICAA community is planned around the infrastructure that allows people to live, work, learn, and thrive — sustainably and together.

Renewable Energy

Solar-powered community infrastructure designed to reduce dependence on traditional energy systems.

Water Sustainability

Rainwater collection and water-management systems designed to strengthen community resilience.

Food & Agriculture

Organic farms, agricultural operations, and community grocery access designed to strengthen local food systems.

Resilient Infrastructure

Emergency preparedness and disaster-resilience infrastructure incorporated into long-term community planning.

Education

Schools, colleges, training centers, and educational institutions designed to serve children, adults, and future leaders.

Financial Infrastructure

Access to appropriate financial institutions, community financial education, and wealth-building resources.

Transportation & Aviation

Long-term concepts may include transportation infrastructure and private aviation access where appropriate to the specific development.

Media & Broadcasting

Television, radio, digital media, and content-production facilities designed to extend the community’s message and impact globally.

Housing & community development

Housing Designed for Community and Transition

Community development may include a variety of residential models depending on location, zoning, development plans, and local needs.

  • Family housing
  • Affordable housing
  • Transitional housing
  • Workforce housing
  • Senior living
  • Short-term supportive housing
  • Innovative modular construction
  • Environmentally conscious building methods

Not every location will include every housing type; each community is planned around the needs of its region.

Commerce & entrepreneurship

Commerce That Creates Opportunity

Community plans may incorporate retail, food, services, entrepreneurship, and commercial spaces that serve residents and create opportunity.

Community Marketplace

Retail, restaurants, services, and local businesses.

Entrepreneur Incubator

Support for entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.

Business Start-Up Opportunities

Potential commercial space, training, mentorship, and community support for qualifying initiatives.

Employment Creation

Developing businesses and infrastructure that create jobs within and around the community.

Farms & food systems

From the Farm to the Community

Food security is a central part of the ICAA community vision. Community agriculture can support local food production, grocery access, entrepreneurship, education, and greater resilience.

  • Organic farms
  • Greenhouses
  • Food distribution
  • Community grocery stores
  • Agricultural education
  • Farm-to-market programs
  • Food entrepreneurship

Education

Education That Builds Generations

The ICAA vision includes schools, colleges, vocational training, ministry education, and other educational opportunities designed to serve children, adults, and future leaders.

Beneficial programs

Programs Designed to Strengthen People and Communities

Beyond infrastructure, ICAA Communities are envisioned around programs that serve people at every stage of life.

  • Christian business development and entrepreneurship programs
  • Sports mentorship
  • Homeless intervention and transitional programs
  • Theological education
  • Reentry and rehabilitation support
  • Natural-health education
  • Family counseling
  • Media and journalistic arts
  • Workforce development
  • Youth development
  • Financial literacy
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Community education

Where a program involves healthcare, rehabilitation, counseling, or another regulated professional service, those services would be provided through appropriately qualified or licensed providers where required.

PDNTV Studios / Media

A Voice From the Community to the World

The ICAA vision includes television, radio, digital broadcasting, production, and media infrastructure capable of carrying faith-based, educational, business, cultural, and community programming beyond the physical boundaries of the communities themselves.

PDNTV Studios is part of this broader media vision — a broadcast and production foundation designed to give each community a global voice.

Financial Prospectus

50 States + Panama = The First 51 Communities

The long-term initial goal of the ICAA vision is 51 communities — one in each of the 50 United States, plus one international community, with the planned first international location in Panama. This prospectus gives donors, sponsors, foundations, corporate partners, developers, and strategic partners a clearer understanding of the preliminary capital required to develop that vision.

Preliminary Development Estimate

The figures shown below are preliminary planning estimates developed to illustrate the potential scale of the ICAA Sustainable Communities initiative. Actual development costs will vary significantly by location, land acquisition, zoning, infrastructure requirements, construction costs, labor, materials, environmental conditions, community size, final amenities, and project phasing. Final budgets will be established through site-specific feasibility studies, engineering, architecture, contractor bids, and development plans.

This is a long-term development vision, not a single donation campaign target. The initiative may be funded through multiple capital sources and phases.

How the vision can be funded

It Will Take More Than One Type of Partner

The first 51 communities may be supported through a combination of charitable, philanthropic, and development capital sources.

  • Individual charitable giving
  • Major gifts
  • Corporate sponsorships
  • Foundation grants
  • Faith-based philanthropy
  • Land donations
  • In-kind materials
  • Renewable-energy partnerships
  • Construction partnerships
  • Educational partnerships
  • Agricultural partnerships
  • Community-development grants
  • Program-related investments where appropriate
  • Institutional development capital
  • Project-specific financing
  • Strategic joint ventures where legally appropriate

Not every funding source is a charitable donation. Donations, sponsorships, grants, and investment or development capital are clearly differentiated, and each is structured appropriately for its purpose.

Fund one piece of a community

Every Community Is Built One Piece at a Time.

A community of this scale is funded piece by piece. Donors and partners can direct their support toward the part of the vision that matters most to them.

  • Housing & Residential Development
  • Farm & Food Infrastructure
  • Solar & Energy Systems
  • Water Infrastructure
  • School & Education Facilities
  • Media & Broadcasting Center
  • Entrepreneurship & Retail Center
  • Transitional Housing Programs
  • Community Health & Wellness
  • Land Acquisition

Sponsorship categories are illustrative; a single contribution does not necessarily fully fund an entire item unless specifically structured to do so.

State-by-state rollout

One Community in Every State.

The long-term first phase of the ICAA vision is to establish one sustainable community in each of the 50 states, followed by the first international community in Panama. Land has not yet been secured in all 50 states; each state below shows its current stage in the rollout.
