FRIEND OF GOD MENTORSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT This Friend of God Mentorship Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, Dr. Patience Dean, and their affiliated entities, representatives, instructors, contractors, volunteers, employees, program administrators, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual enrolling in the Friend of God Mentorship (“Member,” “you,” or “your”). By electronically signing this Agreement and completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms. 1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Friend of God Mentorship is an ongoing spiritual mentorship community led by Dr. Patience Dean for individuals seeking deeper biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, discernment, prayer, spiritual development, and greater clarity concerning their relationship with God and Kingdom assignment. The mentorship may include: • Biblical teaching • Spiritual mentorship • Prayer • Group discussions • Question-and-answer sessions • Spiritual development • Leadership and ministry discussions • Practical biblical guidance • Recorded teachings and replays • Digital resources • Guest instructors or ministry leaders • Additional training opportunities made available from time to time The program is educational, spiritual, and mentorship-based in nature. 2. LIVE MENTORSHIP SCHEDULE Friend of God Mentorship sessions are generally scheduled: Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00 PM Eastern Time The Ministry reserves the right to adjust meeting times, dates, frequency, instructors, platforms, or programming when reasonably necessary. Sessions may be conducted through Zoom, Google Meet, livestream, a private member portal, PDNTV Studios platforms, or another platform selected by the Ministry. Schedule changes will be communicated through applicable member communication channels whenever reasonably possible. 3. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE The Friend of God Mentorship membership fee is: $39.99 per month By completing enrollment, you authorize Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, their authorized payment processors, and affiliated entities to charge the payment method you provide for the initial membership payment and recurring monthly membership payments until your membership is properly canceled in accordance with this Agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled pursuant to the cancellation requirements contained in this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate and valid payment method. 4. SCHOOL OF DELIVERANCE ACCESS Active Friend of God Mentorship members may participate in the School of Deliverance at no additional tuition charge while their Friend of God Mentorship membership remains active. The School of Deliverance is designed for individuals who desire biblical instruction and training concerning the ministry of deliverance. School of Deliverance access is a benefit of active Friend of God Mentorship membership and does not create a separate lifetime enrollment. If your Friend of God Mentorship membership ends, access to member-only School of Deliverance programming and resources may also end unless otherwise stated in writing. Participation in the School of Deliverance is optional. 5. SPIRITUAL EDUCATION DISCLAIMER The Friend of God Mentorship and School of Deliverance provide spiritual education, biblical teaching, mentorship, prayer, and ministry-related training. Nothing provided through Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, the Friend of God Mentorship, or the School of Deliverance constitutes or replaces: • Medical care • Mental health treatment • Psychiatric care • Psychological counseling • Legal advice • Financial advice • Investment advice • Tax advice • Licensed professional counseling • Emergency services Members are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals when professional services are required. Participation in prayer, ministry discussions, deliverance training, mentorship, or spiritual teaching should not be interpreted as a recommendation to discontinue prescribed medication, medical treatment, therapy, counseling, or any other professional care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or licensed professional. 6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Spiritual growth and personal development vary from person to person. Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, Dr. Patience Dean, and their affiliates do not guarantee any particular: • Spiritual experience • Ministry position • Calling • Prophetic outcome • Financial result • Business result • Relationship result • Healing outcome • Deliverance outcome • Leadership opportunity • Personal transformation Testimonials or experiences shared by other members represent their individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, spiritual development, relationships, finances, health, and personal circumstances. 7. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES Members agree to participate respectfully and responsibly. Members shall not: • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another participant • Disrupt meetings or training sessions • Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct • Publicly expose confidential personal information shared by other members • Record private sessions without authorization • Share private meeting links with unauthorized individuals • Distribute member-only materials • Impersonate Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, or any ministry leader • Solicit members for unauthorized commercial purposes • Use the community to manipulate, exploit, pressure, or financially solicit other members without permission • Represent themselves as officially authorized by Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, or PDNTV Studios unless such authorization has been provided in writing Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the spiritual and community standards of the mentorship. 8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND COMMUNITY PRIVACY The mentorship may include discussions involving personal, spiritual, family, ministry, business, or other sensitive matters. Members agree to respect the privacy of other participants. Information shared by another member during a private mentorship session, prayer session, discussion, or member-only environment should not be publicly disclosed without that person’s permission. The Ministry cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with confidentiality expectations. Members should therefore use discretion when choosing what personal information to share in group settings. 9. RECORDING OF SESSIONS Some mentorship sessions, teachings, trainings, discussions, interviews, livestreams, or events may be recorded by Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, or their authorized production partners. Recordings may be used for: • Member replays • Training • Educational resources • Internal archives • Program development • Ministry content • PDNTV Studios programming • Digital distribution • Promotional or educational excerpts where appropriate When a participant speaks, appears on camera, submits a question, or otherwise participates during a recorded session, their voice, image, name, or contribution may appear in the recording. Members who do not wish to appear visually in recordings may keep their camera off where the platform and session format permit. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Friend of God Mentorship and School of Deliverance materials are protected intellectual property owned or controlled by Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, and/or their affiliated entities, as applicable. This includes, without limitation: • Videos • Livestreams • Replays • Audio recordings • Television or media content • Training materials • Workbooks • Documents • Presentations • Curriculum • Prayers • Teaching outlines • Written resources • Program frameworks • Graphics • Downloads • Member portal content • Original teachings • Proprietary methods and systems Unless written permission is provided, members may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, upload, broadcast, commercially teach from, license, repackage, create derivative paid programs from, or share member-only access to protected materials. Enrollment provides a limited personal-use license only. Membership does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. 11. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS SECURITY Membership access is intended only for the enrolled Member. Members may not share login credentials, private meeting links, paid resources, member portal access, downloadable materials, private recordings, or restricted media content with nonmembers unless specifically authorized. The Ministry may suspend access when unauthorized sharing or misuse is reasonably suspected. 12. PAYMENT FAILURE If a recurring payment fails, the Ministry or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again. Member access may be temporarily suspended while the account remains unpaid. If payment is not successfully resolved, the membership may be canceled. Outstanding authorized charges remain the responsibility of the Member. 13. CANCELLATION POLICY — 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED Friend of God Mentorship is an ongoing monthly membership. To cancel your membership and prevent the next scheduled monthly payment from being processed, you must submit a written cancellation request by email at least thirty (30) calendar days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests must be sent to the official cancellation or support email address designated by Patience Dean Ministries and listed on the website, checkout page, member portal, or membership communications. The cancellation email should include: • Member’s full name • Email address associated with the membership • A clear statement requesting cancellation of the Friend of God Mentorship membership Proper 30-Day Notice If the Ministry receives your written cancellation request at least 30 calendar days before your next billing date, your membership will be scheduled for cancellation and the next monthly payment will not be processed. Notice Received Less Than 30 Days Before Billing If a cancellation request is received less than 30 calendar days before the next scheduled billing date, the upcoming payment may still be processed. The membership will then be scheduled to terminate after the applicable paid membership period, and subsequent recurring payments will stop. What Does Not Constitute Cancellation The following do not constitute an official cancellation request: • Failing to attend mentorship sessions • Stopping participation in the program • Not logging into the member portal • Verbal statements made during a mentorship session • Telling another member that you intend to cancel • Social media messages • Comments posted during livestreams • Failure to use School of Deliverance access • Failure to use mentorship resources Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email according to the requirements above. Members are responsible for submitting cancellation notice early enough to satisfy the 30-day notice requirement. 14. NO-REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL ALL FRIEND OF GOD MENTORSHIP PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Once a membership payment has been processed, no refund, partial refund, prorated refund, credit, reimbursement, or charge reversal will be provided merely because the Member: • Did not attend a live session • Missed scheduled mentorship meetings • Did not watch available replays • Did not use the member portal • Did not participate in the School of Deliverance • Changed their mind • No longer wishes to participate • Did not use all available membership benefits • Failed to submit cancellation notice at least 30 days before the next billing date • Submitted a cancellation request after a payment had already been processed Membership services, community access, digital resources, scheduling, administrative services, and program infrastructure are made available upon enrollment and throughout the applicable membership period. Accordingly, cancellation applies to future eligible billing and does not retroactively cancel or refund charges that have already been processed. Failure to use or attend the program does not create a right to a refund. A Member’s cancellation request does not constitute a refund request and does not reverse any payment already charged. Any exception to this No-Refund Policy must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Patience Dean Ministries or required by applicable law. 15. PROGRAM CHANGES Patience Dean Ministries and its affiliated entities may periodically: • Add or remove program features • Update curriculum • Change technology platforms • Change meeting formats • Adjust session schedules • Add guest instructors • Modify member resources • Update community policies • Add or modify PDNTV Studios programming associated with the mentorship Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund. Material changes affecting billing will be communicated as required. 16. COMMUNITY REMOVAL OR SUSPENSION The Ministry reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct including, but not limited to: • Harassment • Threats • Abuse • Fraud • Misrepresentation • Repeated disruption • Unauthorized recording • Unauthorized sharing of protected materials • Unauthorized solicitation • Violations of confidentiality • Conduct that materially threatens the safety or integrity of the community • Material violations of this Agreement Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal. Termination for a violation of this Agreement does not automatically entitle the Member to a refund. 17. MINISTRY TRAINING DOES NOT CREATE CREDENTIALING Participation in the Friend of God Mentorship, School of Deliverance, Patience Dean Ministries programs, or PDNTV Studios programming does not automatically: • Ordain a Member • License a Member as clergy • Certify a Member as a minister • Authorize a Member to represent Patience Dean Ministries • Authorize a Member to represent PDNTV Studios • Create employment • Create an agency relationship • Create a partnership • Grant ecclesiastical office • Create professional licensure • Create a media, broadcasting, employment, or talent relationship with PDNTV Studios Any separate credential, appointment, ordination, ministry recognition, leadership designation, media opportunity, employment relationship, or authorization must be expressly granted in writing. 18. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY You understand that participation in spiritual mentorship may involve reflection on deeply personal, emotional, relational, or spiritual matters. You voluntarily choose the extent of your participation. You remain responsible for determining which teachings, practices, recommendations, or discussions are appropriate for your personal circumstances. 19. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS Patience Dean Ministries and PDNTV Studios may use third-party services including video conferencing, payment processing, email, livestream platforms, media platforms, member portals, and communication tools. Neither Patience Dean Ministries nor PDNTV Studios is responsible for temporary disruptions caused by third-party technology providers, internet outages, platform interruptions, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. 20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, their affiliated entities, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, representatives, officers, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 21. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, their affiliated entities, instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, representatives, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from: • The Member’s unlawful conduct • Misuse of program materials • Violation of another participant’s rights • Unauthorized use or distribution of intellectual property • Unauthorized recording or publication • Material breach of this Agreement 22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION By enrolling, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your membership from Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, Dr. Patience Dean, and authorized program administrators, including: • Enrollment confirmations • Payment notices • Session reminders • Meeting links • Program announcements • Schedule changes • Account notices • Member resources • School of Deliverance communications • Relevant PDNTV Studios programming associated with the mentorship You are responsible for maintaining current contact information. 23. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE By typing your full legal name and submitting this Agreement electronically, you agree that your electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. The system may retain: • Name • Email address • Signature • Date • Time • Agreement version • IP address • Enrollment record as evidence of acceptance. 24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, together with any applicable checkout terms, privacy policy, billing terms, and incorporated program policies, constitutes the agreement between the parties concerning participation in the Friend of God Mentorship. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. 25. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable governing law and jurisdiction specified in the final published agreement and checkout terms. MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that: • I have read this Agreement. • I understand the Friend of God Mentorship is an ongoing spiritual mentorship program. • I understand the membership fee is $39.99 per month. • I understand my membership automatically renews monthly until properly canceled. • I understand that I must submit written cancellation by email at least 30 calendar days before my next scheduled billing date to prevent that next payment from being processed. • I understand that if I submit cancellation less than 30 days before my next billing date, the next scheduled payment may still be processed. • I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. • I understand that cancellation does not create a refund for payments already processed. • I understand that not attending or using the program does not cancel my membership. • I understand active mentorship members receive School of Deliverance access at no additional tuition charge while membership remains active. • I understand spiritual mentorship and ministry training are not substitutes for licensed professional services. • I understand individual spiritual and personal results are not guaranteed. • I understand that program materials may be owned or controlled by Dr. Patience Dean, Patience Dean Ministries, PDNTV Studios, or affiliated entities. • I agree to the confidentiality, conduct, intellectual-property, recurring-payment, cancellation, no-refund, and other provisions of this Agreement. • I authorize recurring monthly billing according to these membership terms.
